[Resolved]  DishTV — Base package change request (sd channels) not taken into consideration

Hi,

I would like to inform you about the concern regarding change in sd pack, which is not taken into consideration by dish tv customer care executive.
I have being repeatedly following them through emails and phone for pack change to dish99 since 20mar2016.The customer care people misguided me and asked me to go with higher pack last month when i actually wanted to go with lower pack.They even said that you can change the sd pack anytime.So i opted for higher pack.Later when i called after few days they refused my request by providing me with 'n' number of reasons which seems to be inappropriate and not granting me to go with lower pack.
Now when called the executive they dont even respond properly to customer greivances and disconnect the call.Even they dont respond to emails after escalation to nodal officer.Also they are not registering a complaint regarding the same.Really a pathetic service provided by customer care people.
If they dont want to grant lower pack then why they have listed lower pack details on dish website.
I request you to look into this and take appropriate action against dishtv.

Query regarding Dish HD addon pack Min Lock in period for any HD addon/alacarte package in case if I go with Dish99 pack. 2. Regarding SD pack Also, if I decide to go with SD Dish 99 pack then what is the minimum lock period for the same pack(After a month can I move back to next higher SD pack?) 3.Marathi Addon pack charges, Dish Tv website shows Rs25/mth.however few days back I was told the pack price is Rs10/mth?
