[Resolved] DishTV — changing the type of pack and not activating the subscribed channel | |||
My VC no. is [protected], I had requested for subscription for SONY SAB Ch No. 106 and SONY Ch no. 105 on date with a-la-carte through SMS to 57575 but instead of activating these channels my pack has been changed to DRAMEBAZ pack vide reference no[protected] and some amount has been deducted and my next recharge date is pre-poned.I3want DISHTV to change my pack to my original one and to activate the above reffered channels at the earliest. Thanks for voicing your concern. We wish to inform you that IndiaCast channels like Colors, UTV Action, UTV Movies, Bindass, Comedy Central have been added to various base packs with Colors HD! Sony channels may still be viewed at nominal cost (a la carte) by calling customer care or by following the link below http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/DIY/DIY.aspx.
