[Resolved]  DishTV — Channels locked

Ear sir/madam

Due to ignorance about the pick up channels options, i have selected it and i lost all my hd subscription. I hereby request you to re-add full hd plus south hd to my vc. If hds are not possible with pick up channels option, please change the same into jumbo family then add ful hd plus south hd to it. You can charge any penalty or fine for this, in case any.

Dish TV has to give me an explaination on this. This is like cheating the customer, if there is any problem with the card they should revert to us or refund the money to my account. Please consider this on a priority basis to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Awaiting a positive response from DISH TV.

I have made a top-up for 6 months south family pack in dish tv through SBI online banking ( Ref No: [protected]IH[protected]. But it was neither recharge my package nor refunded to my account.
