DishTV — Channels not being viewed with remark 303 no.

Sir Myself Suresh R Abhonkar staying at Kalyan Dist.Thane Maharashtra and my VCD No. [protected]. Last 3/4 days my tv is responding to any channel and accordingly I lodged complaint with sms DISHTV303 to 57575 from my registered mobile no. [protected]. When somebody tried to contact me in the morning today the same moment there was no electricity in my area. Then I tried to contact on toll free no.[protected] but all in vein as I couldnt get the line as usual after trying so many times during the day today. I also tried to contact Your Service Center situated at Dombivali having its contact no 91 [protected] since yesterday and the reply I got is that this no is not working. I m Helpless and dont know where to contact now.Please take the matter at higher authority to get my problem solved at the earliest with a request to give me additional days for viewing the channels for the no. of days this service was discontinued.
