[Resolved]  DishTV — Cheated by dishtv customer care

Hello, I am tushar mehta. My register mobile number is [protected].I had already one dish tv connection but In the month of july 2015 i watched your advertise for new HD connection in rs.599 so i called your customer care number they arrange call back for me and installation done in rs.599. Now i want to disconnect one of the connection for 3 months so i called them again, noe they told me that you can not continue with one connection either you have to discontinue both connection temporarily or separate the connection by paying 1050 rs., because your new connection is buy back connection. I am shocked, I am totally unaware about this. Because no one had told me at the time if installation or before installation about this. Now they tell me its not our responsibility to tell you those terms and connection, contact dealer who installed that dish, its their responsibility to tell you this terms and condition. I dont understand why i contact dealer?? Its not my job to do so, i have purchased it from dish tv, how can i know about that dealer? After that i got number of the dealer from dish tv customer care. When i called dealer and told above matter than he told me its not our responsibility to told you terms and condition. Call dish tv customer care, our job is only of installation, its not our look out. I again called in customer care, then they told me sir nothing has been done in this matter. It is one kind of cheating with each and every customer. I am shocked that such a brand name company play such a games with customer. Solve my issue as early as possible. And he told dream service ia newly eatablished so they are not aware about anything. Do not go for dishtv ever. Very bad experience.

First of all thanks to consumer complaints for solving my issue.Best authority for solution of any issue. Dishtv coverted my multi connection into individual connection. So tht now i can use both connection individually.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
