DishTV — Complainst Recharge Offer | |||
Dear Sir I was received a offer message on 05 Feb 15 that ` Get 5 months fee on recharge of 7 months. In response, I was recharged my dish TV (VC No [protected]) on same date i.e 05 Feb 15 through your authorized dealer for Rs 1610/- (230 x 7= 1610.00) for 7 months value. But the next recharge date allotted on Oct 15 instead of Feb 15. During confirmation, your representative replied that my recharge done on 06 Feb 15. Hence you con’t get this offer. My question is that, I was paid a whole amount Rs 1610/- for 7 months on 05 Feb 15 through your authorized person. Then why I will suffer for loss for your technical miostakes.
