DishTV — Complaint against Dish TV service against VCNO- [protected]

In spite of paying my monthly subscription on time, and confirmations made to my cell and email, my connection has been deactivated, while I was watching my favorite channels, with my family, two days after making the payment. I felt it highly embarrassing and humiliating. You had discontinued in providing a service to me, for which you had already been paid 48 hours prior to the discontinuation and had acknowledged for the same. It was restored again after 2 days after myself calling at your contact number and making a complaint over your email. I demand an adequate compensation for your failure in service, with intimation to me. You are also not bothering to answer to regular mails sent to your email id: [protected]@dishtv.in, which is again building up the level of customer dissatisfaction.

I am in receipt of your mail, trailing below, and have noted the contents thereof.

My connection has been activated two days after sending complaint mail on the September 12, 2015 and intimating the disconnection of your service.

You are requested to refer to my mail again, wherein I had requested you to look into the matter and let me know the real reason for such a goo[censored]p, and thereby compensate for the humiliation, embarrassment and agony caused due to the disconnection of your service in spite of my payment of your subscription amount well before your stipulated time.

I am yet to receive any mail or written official confirmation regarding the same.

It is a serious question of a Breach of Contract and Non-Performance between your organization and myself, your customer. You had discontinued in providing a service to me, for which you had already been paid 48 hours prior to the last date of payment and more so, you had acknowledged for the same.

Expect to receive a prompt response from you on the matter mentioned with necessary action regarding compensation for your failure in service.
