[Resolved]  DishTV — Complaint regarding error 102 open for 17 days for VC card no. : [protected]

Its regarding a complaint that has not been resolved for the last 17 days and the recharge amount is getting debited on a daily basis even though we are not able to view the channels. The sad part is that local franchise is not at all bothered about fixing it and has been taking it lightly. The set top box and the VC card both were replaced to fix the issue but still the issue persists which is error 102. If dishtv is incapable of fixing the issue then they should refund the complete recharge amount asap and we shall discontinue the connection. Please note that for the past 17 days me and my dad have made almost hundreds of calls to the customer care center, spoken to so many people ranging from the senior executive to the service head of J&K to the local service provider. Every time we call we are told it will be resolved in 24 hrs and we end up calling the center again. This is total harassment and if its still not resolved a legal action will be taken against the dishtv. So please resolve it asap or refund the complete recharge amount and also the original set top box and the VC card that was replaced. It is so sad that dishtv is not able to resolve an error which is 102 for so long. What kind of service providers are you!!! And when we call the service provider head he has the audacity to cut the call. Same applies to the local technician and the local service center head. I even dropped a mail to the nodal officer of J&K region and tried calling her several times but nobody picked up the call or replied to my mail. If you need to talk about this please call on this number - [protected] and not on the RMN as I want to take care of this myself.
