DishTV — complaint unresolved since one month | |||
Dear Sirs, This is my humble request to look into the problem being faced from last one month. We are experiencing the worst quality from few months and now network is totally gone. Service complaint registered last month but technician Arjun came last month and replaced LNPS saying defective but there is no improvement. I have been charged for the part which I don’t know whether changed or not without raising invoice. For past few months we are finding the worst experience of customer service where as cable operators are giving much better services than the giant dish tv is really surprising. For remote I had suffered for so many days and finally I have to purchase local remote from grey market where quality is a big issue. At the time of selling the product sold saying lifetime warranty but now they are saying that set up box needs replacement and cost is applicable…..why? If the part is not damaged or mishandled than where is customer fault, cable operators are never asking for single rupee except monthly charges showing more channels. Please explain me why should we continue dish tv if such poor service is given by dish tv to loyal customers like me. Request immediate response and resolution as we are not able to view any channel.
