DishTV — Dish Tv online recharge payment failure and poor customer service | |||
I did online recharge of (Rs 500) on 2nd march 2015. I did not get any confirmation mail of success full recharge but amount is deducted from my account. I got a mail related to transaction update for your dish tv recharge.My transaction details are as follows: Order ID : D[protected] VC Number : [protected] Amount : 500 Date-Time :[protected]:09:00.0 I complaint may times to customer care but i did not get any satisfactory response. Each time i am getting same automated mail: Dear subscriber, your case has been forwarded to our customer service experts. You will be getting a call within next 24hrs from our side.
