[Resolved]  DishTV — Dishtv displaying 102 - deactivated message, not working

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

[protected] I have a written acknowledgement from the company stating that my account is recharged till 01 April 2015. Inspite of that every one or two months, the system displays, recharge due and gets deactivated. Now for last more than a week the connection is lying de-activated. No response on complaint sent to their email id. Can someone respond. Regards

after multiple calls i have found out that they have transferred balance from my account to another account.
No reprieve as of yet.
connection is still remaining deactivated.
