Dear concerned as a normal Dish TV setup box was damaged we called to Customer Care for another set top box they send one of their staff members that staff member exchange with the hd plus set top box we said that we don't want hd + but they said it will charge normally until and unless we subscribe for hd plus channels so we agreed upon so we recharg vc with family pack on third of March 2015 and it got in ended on this 26 of November 2015 when we complain to the Customer Care in this regard she said that due to the activation of hd plus channels this recharge has been emde I want to ask a question that we haven't activate HD plus channels and we haven't used any channel so why we paid for these channels why staff member do not inform us in this regard so the fault of their staff members y v as a Customer have to pay that is there a duty not o[censored]s we have complaints several times and still complaining but not getting any kind of result should we remove our connection or soon we get result of it hope you will understand our problem because as a method class family we are not able to pay that much of amt.thanku Was this information helpful? | |||||
