[Resolved] DishTV — Given many times complaint but revctified | |||||
My vc no [protected] i have given the complaint two times on the day 17/05/16 and 21/5/16 on dish care to gaziabadh they r taking two muh time give the line to higher authority it costs too much and then we talk with them they are telling we are providing a technision to u and he clears the problem. The next day i receive a call from technision and he asks what is the problem. When we give the complaint to customer care we are also explained what is the problem. And then he tell that coming by evening. I am waiting till 9pm he has not camed and i called him many times he is not answering my phone again i called the dishcare with same problem they promised to clear the problem on same day then i received a call from technision he also promised to come by tomorrow and he has not came. I call many times he is not answering the phone. Again i call to dish care they are given irresponsible answer and they dissolved my complaint with out informing me. I am the oldest customer of dishtv. These type service is not good they are not giving service well. So that i want to complaint against dish tv in consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||||
