DishTV — iam not able to see some channels

My VC. number is [protected]. I am not able to see India news channel, Sony channel, sub channel, IBN 7channel, Sony max channel . Please start this channels.I tried to call customer care but no one received the call, please check and start the channels as I am missing my programmes on these channels, hoping for quick response. PLEASE START ALL THIST CHANNELS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
