DishTV — Incorrect Recharge and Switch Off Dates! | |||
This is a written complaint which I'm writing after multiple calls to the DishTV customer care. Today I converted my SD box to HD under the 599 rs scheme, and I did not change the package. So basically, I just changed the box and hence, the recharge date and switch off date should have remained the same. But after the switchover happened, my recharge date changed from 7 November 2014 to 28 October 2014. The customer care helpline was of no help, as they couldn't figure out the reason why it happened, and now I am feeling really helpless, as there is a difference of 7 days in the old and new recharge date, which has cost me approximately Rs 100+, as I am a subscriber of the platinum sports pack which costs Rs 440 per month.
