DishTV — My dish tv channel is off dishtv - error 102 viewing card decativated - after payment is made.

My dishtv vc-[protected] mob-[protected] I wasa little late in making the payment[the last date was 19th august] Imada the payment on the next day [18th] but it was the not reconnected. now whenever the set top box in switched on- it displays the error 102 and for the last 3 days it has been the same .Please resolve this matter .as soon aspossiblle.I have been a loyal dish tv customer for the last 10 years
