[Resolved]  DishTV — No Action for my complaint for non working of TV for want of signals-VC No.[protected]

I have been complaining to your 60013474 No;, and smsing for non receipt of signals for the past 2 days, but I didnt get any rectification/service except a mere acknowledgment. I have attended classes conducted by your people over phone asking me to sit before set top box/tv and do X and Y etc. I am prepare to pay to your technician the charges applicable but need your service to activate my TV immediately. I have paid upto Dec. but lost 2 days cost because of your lack of services. Please let me know whether you will solve it immediately or not.
