[Resolved] DishTV — No option to downgrade pack. Even recharge for different pack is taken into older pack without any information

I did a recharge for South India: Jumbo Family Pack (Rs. 205) from paytm today (1/21/2016) but that did not change my pack and my amount has been taken under New South titanium package.

Please change my plan to South india: Jumbo Famil pack immediately.

The plan was changed as per my requested. But i would request Dish tv to add an option for downgrading the packs just like they have for upgrading. Thanks!!
