[Resolved] DishTV — No option to downgrade pack. Even recharge for different pack is taken into older pack without any information | |||||
I did a recharge for South India: Jumbo Family Pack (Rs. 205) from paytm today (1/21/2016) but that did not change my pack and my amount has been taken under New South titanium package. Jan 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The plan was changed as per my requested. But i would request Dish tv to add an option for downgrading the packs just like they have for upgrading.

As per your request, we have downgraded the package into Jumbo Family Pack worth Rs 180.14 Service tax 0.5 Swatch Bharat Cess Rs 205 per month along with free regional language zone Tamil Bonanza. Kindly keep stb on 999 channel for 15 mins.
