[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge Unsuccessful

I am an existing customer with VC no. [protected] and registered mobile number [protected]. I was recharging my dish tv account with Rs. 200 on 08/11/2016 and today (08/24/2016). The recharge was not successful but amount deducted from my bank accounts.

The first recharge was done from Federal Bank of India and second one done from Central Bank of India. Kindly initiate the refund.
