[Resolved] DishTV — Non Functioning of my Dish TV Connection | |||
HI, I am : Arup Kumar Roy. VC no. - [protected]. STB no. DST[protected]. Res. Mob. no. : [protected] Address. : 1, Bakultala Lane Pushpanjali Apartment. Flat No. 401, 4th Floor Po. : Konnagar. Hooghly. 712235. I am really an unfortunate customer of Dish TV as I am not getting service since last 10 days. Disc is not functioning at all. After recharge about two weeks back the system did not respond when I informed customer care for rectification. Service charges Rs, 170 /- also paid to the representative Mr. Somnath ( Mob. No. [protected]) when he aligned the disc on the roof and later on Mr. Satyajit (Mob. no.-[protected]) restored the line. After very next day same problem happened and since then last 10 days it is not functioning. As Mr. Somnath said, I informed him 4/5 times to come and check, but unfortunately he did not turn up and I am unable to see the programs till now.
