DishTV — Not responding to my complaint. | |||
Hi I am a customer of Dish TV for last 1 year and above I have registered a complainant for re-installation on 1st July 2014 at 8 pm with complaint number[protected] Customer service told me that the re-installation should be done by 2nd July 2014 (After calling several times to the customer care)The re-installation has not done yet I have called several times to the customer service I talked with their representative team lead and managers Every time they promised me new time when their engineer will come and install the dish but its going to over 72 hours and re-installation is still pending I want to re-install the service as soon as possible and also a compensation for being late Was this information helpful? | |||
