[Resolved]  DishTV — NOT SHOWING CHANNELS EVEN WITHIN RECHARGE DATE

We have recharged our Dish TV for 6 months + 15 free days (as per their offer) on 10.05.2014. Then Dish TV people confirmed us that our next recharge date will be 16.11.2014 and switch off date will be 19.11.2014. But to our utmost surprise Dish TV has switched off our channels on 07.11.2014 wrongly. While we have paid the amount till 16.11.2014, how can they close our channels before that. We are continuously requesting Dish TV people to start the channels, but the same are not started till date despite assurances. We would like to share that customer care service of Dish TV is worst, we have ever faced. We earnestly request higher authorities of Dish TV to immediately do a survey of their customer service and improve it. Most of the customers are planning to shift the company. In the meantime, please start our channels for the period we have already paid in advance in May 2014. Please also extend our next recharge date for the days our channels are stopped.
