Yesterday one of your DISH TV execitve had contacted me by phone and said me to view ALL SPORTS Chanels for one day witout any cost and to continue if it is satisfactory .But suddenly my Pack has been changed to ALL SPORTS from my FAMILY PACK. I don't need ALL SPORTS Pack. So kindly keep my previous FAMILY PACK OF Rs230/- PM. for my VC No.[protected].

I had a phone contact with one of your executive (sk_z1005) vide transition No.UR-02/12/14NA-[protected] yesterday .She had said me to view ALL SPORTS Pack free for 3days and to continue if it is suitable to me but without my consent ALL SPOTRS PACK is activated for my VC No.[protected]. Kindly keep my previous FAMILY PACK OF Rs230/-pm.
