[Resolved]  DishTV — Pick by channel not activated

Dear DishTV, My Vc number is [protected]. I opted for Pick by channel, on 22 March 2014, went to DishTV.com selected channels but when i submitted it gave an error and asked me to contact customer care. I rang customer care, they asked me to mail them the list of channels and the prices. I mailed them on 24th as requested. Received a call from customer care on 28 March 2014 confirming the channels and prices. Also, was promised a call from marketing within 24 hours. I called several times before my switch off date 3 April 2014, but no resolution. Since, then I have called DishTv at least a dozen times, written 7 emails every time I am told this matter has been escalated to customer service experts and I will get a call within 24 hours. Till today I have not received any call or any resolution. Eventually I spoke to the seniors senior at Dish Tv he suggested I recharge my existing pack so I continue to get old pack channels and he will help resolve this issue. It is one week since then and still no resolution. Can I expect a resolution from this forum? If not please return all my money and remove pick by channel option from your site if you don't want to offer it. But don't make false promises to customers and fool them. Glenn A

My Vc number is [protected]. I opted for Pick by channel, Many times first I tried on 28th April 2014, went to DishTV.com selected channels but when I submitted it gave an error and asked me to contact customer care. Now a days it is asking for " Pl recharge your account. Minimum balance required is 455.10 + applicable taxes." As per customer care directive I was sending mail with attachment screen set. Which again showing error. After several follow ups still this is not resolved.

I shall obliged if you make me facilitated above said else I am forced to go consumer court or other news channels to raise the issue.

I have opted for Pick my channel pack. total amount shown is 217 rs. In that now the 3 channels are not getting displayed. I have picked these channels also.

There is some gap between the channels chosen at website and the information received at your side.
...may be a technical error at customer care.

Please do the needful to display these 3 channels as soon as possible.

How to activate pick my channel I opted for that but when I submitted all my details then it shows that go to dishtv instant recharge website I go to there but I didn't get any option to choose pick my channel option so tell me the procedure

In spite of recharge for Rs.335.00 on[protected] my set top box has been deactivated depriving me of viewing WORLD CUP CRICKET MATCH today. supriya guha vc no.[protected]

not telecasting free to air channel (peace of mind) in paid package

dish tv not telecasting free to air channel like peace of mind a devotional channel in its paid package other d2h service provider like videocon d2h and reliance big tv are telecasting the channel

I had requested for pick my channel service. They told me to recharge atleast with 470 Rs. I reacharged. But still my request is not updated. My old pack is still on which I do not want. Dish Tv customer service is very bad and not that frequent as Airtel and Tata Sky.
