[Resolved] DishTV — Promise on ad not honoured | |||
There was ad on TV that Dish TV Std Definition subscribers are offered HD+ connection Absolutely free. (Tv photo attached) On 12th July I ordered the same on consumer centre. I was given a call back by their Sales deptt that I had to pay Rs 990. When I asked why, I was told this offer didnot apply to me. I sent an e-mail which was not replied. I also sent same day an email to their Nodal officer at [protected]@dishtv.in. This was also not replied. I tried to contact on phone but in vain. I could contact Nodal Officer on 15th July. He curtly said this offer was for selected consumers only, and he had asked concerned deptt to inform me. I told him nobody informed me. And I wanted to know who were these special consumers and what was wrong with me. Why I was not eligible, He hung up the phone. I can forward both unanswered e-mails and auto- receipt of first e-mail, if required.
