[Resolved] DishTV — Providing fake hd channels | |||
my name is satyajit karmakar & i'm using dish tv since 2008. after knowing that dishtv is providing 40+ HD channels (which is not true at all) in november 2013, i took hd connection of dish tv & than i got to know that many of their hd channels are fake. i called to dishtv customer care to ask about this but they were saying that they have the permission to provide these channels as HD. i made a contact with zee cafe & axn on facebook & they said that they are not providing Zee cafe & axn in HD, in india. so i decided to stop using dishtv & i'm moving to tata sky. you can see at this pic that the sony pix channel is not actual HD but in the info bar, it's pix hd. there are many channels like this one is airing on dishtv.

we already had a conversation on phone. what will you do if i mail my vc no. & contact no. again? surely you will say the same words which you've already said yesterday. if you really want to do something for your customer, then accept that you're providing sd channels in hd packages, just by changing the name of those channels. accept the truth, here, if you have enough guts.
