[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge balance not given on change of VC No

Sir, /Madam,
I subhendu sekhar panda here state that on dated 15/09/2016 Dish TV technician had come on my complain to check the Dish TV connection and he found the set of box is faulty. He changed set of box which was activated on 16/09/2016.The new VC No is [protected] dish+ with super family pack and the old VC No is [protected] dishHD+ with super family pack. In my old VC recharge date is 30/09/2016 So there is 15 days balance in old VC remaining with dish TV which was not carried forward to new VC.Kindly take necessary action. Thanking you. Dth no.[protected] rcharged @Rs.660/- for 3 months twice. One is on 25/08/2016 and the other is on 26/08/2016. Only one recharge is effected till date. My Account shows only one recharge of Rs.660/-
