[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge not completed

I have recharged my card day before yesterday. After the transaction I received an email from dish TV that the transaction is successfully completed. The recharged amount isn't credited in my account. Whats are the issues with this? I would like to know them. Will our money be wasted? Fast replies are expected. Now the switch off day is tomorrow. So please do the needful.

The amount is 2607. I[censored] can't provide the refund, recharge my vc card today itself.ie.,[protected].because our switch off date is tomorrow. Kindly let me know your decision.

I need a refund for sure as ur website deducted the amount from my account. So I surely demand a refund. Is this your customer caring??? Never seen a service like this.
