[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge Pack

Your website dishtv.in does not allow me to recharge pack for Rs. 265 South All Sports. I called customer support but they are saying i can recharge only after Oct 4th for same package with Rs. 275 and additional Rs. 25 for processing fee. This is day light robbery. V.C. No [protected]

As per our conversation with you on [protected], we informed you that your connection is under acquisition period hence changes cannot be made under acquisition period. Request you to kindly intimate us about package change request.
