DishTV — Renewal Date wrongly changed from 31/8/15 to 21/07/15

Most Urgent: Am forwarding the previous mails for immediate resolution to my renewal date error complaint pending for the last 4 months. Have to repeat that there was no request for package change/upgradation made on 22/03/15. It was rather for the missing news channels & My A/c that was blank.The same was restored .However the renewal date changed to 21/07/15 from 31/08/15. Reported the same while the complaints were being addressed . Was surprised to be told that the change in the renewal date was due to the package cost increase from February '15 although should not remain applicable in my case since had made the renewal payment in January'15 for the package validity till 31/08/15. Kindly therefore restore the correct renewal date to 31/08/15 & revert action immediately. Thereafter My A/c got correctly updated to 28/08/15( Recharge date) and 31/08/15((Switch off date). However the missing news channels like NDTV /CNN got restored leading to the shift in the Renewal date from 28/08 to 21/07 on the pretext that the package price increase in the month of February. This package increase from February as informed from your end is not applicable since have been continuing with my old package of Platinum plus sports even after switching over to the HD Set Top box in January 2015 by making Recharge payment of Rs 3000/-when you confirmed the next Recharge date as 28/08/15. Tried speaking several times in between & even by sending SMs on 57575 without any resolution to this problem. Kindly confirm restoration of the correct Recharge date of 28/08/15 since have not sought any package up gradation that you have wrongly enforced. Regards; T.K.Mazumdar
