[Resolved] DishTV — Return and submit DishTV setupbox | |||
I have gone through all related complaints on above cited subject and felt very much relaxed after knowing this type of incidence have been taking place since long time. In addition to these complaint My Situation is mostly similar to all complaitants BUT on applying of one of suggested views I have verified this with DISH TV Call Centre Executive and he confirmed that this recovery call was related to their RECOVERY CELL of DISHTV and they authorized to recover all SetUpBox(STB) which are not in use since long time. For recovering each piece of STB they get 15% commission that is why they use false/threatning means to collect these STB such as:- 1. "YOUR SETUP BOX HAS EXPIRED, SO NOT IN USE NOW, MUST BE SUBMITTED" 2. "IT IS COMPANY PROPERTY SO YOU ARE LIABLE TO SUBMIT IT BACK" 3. "IF YOU ARE NOT SUBMITTING, LEGAL NOTICE WILL BE SERVED" 4. "CRIMINAL CASE WILL BE LODGED" PLEASE DON'T BE AFRAID OF THESE TERMS. All are Money Launders. Moreover, I want to suggest you that please share you problems/grievances/situation you face and takcle because it can relief some one. IT HAS OFFERED TO ME INDEED.
