[Resolved]  DishTV — Charging package, more than mentioned

I took a hd connection last month and the dish tv agent said I have to pay only rs 220 every month, next month onwards.this month is free.
Now after one month, when I recharge for rs 220, it is valid for one week only.
When I contacted custmer care, they say that, my package is worth 675 and I have to change the package my self to make it 220 pack,
I tried to change package, but seems that site is down..
This is silly way of making money, by not giving complete information to customer. So please take necesary action and make the package to south minimum package..

I have discussed to dish tv representatives but it vain.i recharge my dish tv but i couldn't avail this facility.my investment is going to wastefull expenditure. it is very painfull.
