[Resolved] DishTV — Set top box is not working from last 25 days | |||
VC no - [protected] Worst customer service by Dishtv. Its been more than 25 days, since my Dishtv services are not working. There have been more than 70 phone calls between us, and still no progress. Customer care says, the new set top box replacement will cost around Rs 899, while technician Mr Mahesh Jadhav asks Rs 1800 for the same. There is no resolution even after escalation to head office. My last recharge of two months will also go waste, without any service. Every time Dishtv people calls, to frustrate us, asks for the problem details. Looks like there is no status maintained for any complaints. And nothing happens after that. Was this information helpful? | |||
