DishTV — Specific validity not given of 270 pack | |||||
I live in a rented house in phagwara where i have been provided a dish tv connection by the owner. I recharged super family pack in the dish tv with subscriber id [protected] on 4th july via paytm (Screenshot attached) which is of 1 month validity as mentioned in their website www.dishtv.in under the category packs. But today i was being continuously shown that the recharge would end today itself and i should recharge immediately. I called the customer service and because of my unsatisfaction my call was being transferred to their senior miss rittika manchanda in senior department. I was said that the recharge of ₹ 270 was recharged on the basis of 365 pack which is existing pack in my dishtv. But i said that i have recharged ₹ 270 pack which is a definite pack mentioned in their website. Over that i was also not provided the channels of 365 pack upon which the ₹ 270 was recharged. I was provided the channels only of ₹ 270 pack which was correct according to the pack. Neither i was provided the channels of 365 pack nor i am being provided the validity of ₹ 270 pack. Also not a single details are shown in the my account in my tv (Image attached). I was said that i should have called the customer service earlier because of this issues. Its really embarrasing from such a company to get this types of trickery services.In the website also it was not mentioned anywhere that the previous pack should be deregistered by calling the customer service. According to common sense it is understood that on recharging a definite pack that pack should be activated and also in their terms and conditions its not written anywhere that we need to call the customer service before recharging a new pack (Image attached). Currently neither i am being provided the validity of ₹ 270 pack nor i was being provided the channels of ₹ 365 pack. Please look into this matter and give me justice.
