[Resolved] DishTV — Unable to receive any transmission on renewal of my dishtv | |||
I had recharged my dishtv onlline through rechargeitnow.com.on 17/11/2014 for Rs. 400 Trans.ID is[protected]. V.C. No. [protected] The recharge does not seem to have been done as I do not receive any channel. In fact I get a message asking to renew my account. A further message says no signal available. Could you please look into the matter at the earliest and kindly send a technician to check the dish / connections, urgently. It's already 5 days since I renewed.
