[Resolved]  DishTV — Unethical behaviour - very bad service

I am a dish tv subscriber since 2007. My vc no [protected]. On 15 th of this month, got a error message on the screen as * 301- signal not found *. On 16 the i lodged the problem with dish tv and they have given me a service request no[protected] and they informed me that within 24 hours problem will be solved. 16 and 17 th both days i waited for them, no body has come to attend the issue. I again lodged the complaint on 18 th and again they have given the service request no[protected]. Finally today the technician has come and removed the new lmb, which was supplied for hd channels (New) and replaced with old lmb (Looks very old). I asked the technician to replace the lmb new (Hd) instead of very old one. The technician has replied we canot change the same lmb with rough language and he removed the replaced lmb. He collected rs 250/- without solving the problem and he has not given a bill for the amount he received and the behaviour of the techanician was very much rude and he tells every time he will charge rs 250 whenever he visits the problem
