DishTV — UPDATE MONTHLY PLAN WITHOUT CONFIRMATION | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I have Dish Tv Connect vide V.C Number #[protected]. I had recharged my monthly plan INR 335.00/per month for three month amt. 1035.00 on 04.03.2015 and I had received call from Dishtv on 19.03.2015 for their offer on plan 470.00/per month but I refuse to accept this plan. Now on 20.05.2015 we seen on our tv screen from Dish Tv that our validity will be expire on 24.05.2015, In this regards I had made call to Dish tv customer care on 22.05.2015 to Mr. Sabir Ahmed, Mr. Arvind & Mr. Gaurav. I have informed them that we had not accepted any above said offer by their associate and they implement the same without our confirmation. They deny to accept my complain and said that you have confirmed us. Then I ask them to provide a proof of my acceptance. They also refuse to provide evidence of this conversation. Further Mr. Gaurav have promised me to check the detail and call me within 24 hrs. But I did not received any call from Mr. Gaurav and any other associate of Dishtv in this regards. Again today on 25.05.2015 I called to Dish TV and speak to Ms. Suman, Ms. Busra and Ms. Saini but they agreed fault of their associate and but they did not accept my request and not increase my validity as per my monthly plan INR 335.00/month.
