DishTV — Upgrading my pack and charging extra without my consent | |||
I got a phone call from DishTV call center offering me 20 days of FREE channels which were not available on my current package. After repeated enquiries, I was told it was absolutely FREE. So I agreed to it. But later I got a message saying that my pack has been upgraded and that I will be charged extra from that day itself. Even the next recharge day was preponed.
