DishTV — v c no [protected] SURENDRAN C M non receipt of intimation

I had made payment of rs 555/- towards recharge of my tv as per details above. The payment was made through OXI payment of STATE BANK OF INDIA on 22 06 2015 around 12 15 pm online. The amount of Rs.555 is shown debited from my banl account and shown the reference no as OXI SBI 5666421GOAFIBRZ[protected] oxygen services. But I have not yet received any intimation of receipt of the amount in my RMN [protected]. please check the position and intimate me in my RMN
