[Resolved] DishTV — VC card deactivated message even after paying for a year | |||
Hi I am an OLD customer with DISH TV having VC no as [protected] . I have paid yearly payment of Rs 2640 for the Family Pack in May 2015 . Suddenly I am getting message that "VC card has been deactivated, Recharge your account" When tried to connect with customer care at [protected] or[protected], absolutely there is no response .I am not even sure if these numbers ever works. Seems to be a great example of highly unsatisfied customer experience. Not sure but if I can expect a call on my registered mobile numbers with respect to the said details.
