[Resolved] DishTV — viewing card deactivated | |||
I Rajendra kumar Singh is a customer of dish tv. My VC no is [protected]. i have paid Rs. 1320 for family pack recharge for six months on dt. 10 .6. 2014.but i could not see any channels on tv, as it shows that my VC is deactivated. So how is it kindly inform me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

DEAR SIR, MY VIEWING CARD NO IS.[protected]. I ALREADY RECHARGED.NEXT RECHARGE DUE ON 16.10.2015, BUT NOW SHOWING VIEWING CARD DEACTIVATED. PLEASE ACTIVATE MY VIEWING CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

My VC no. Is [protected] (parent connection) & [protected] (child connection) and it has been deactivated from 2nd Nov, 2014 midnight. I have called the customer care atleast 10 times during the day and still the problem has not been resolved. Its been more than 20 hours since my dish has been deactivated. The customer care executive are harassing us by not replying properly. I have been put on hold for more than 30 mins on different occasion during the day. Every time a new excuse is provided to me saying one thing or the other. My next course of recharge was due on 20th November, 2014 but as told your executive that they have deactivated all channels of sony without giving any prior information. When we got some of sony channels reactivated then my due date became 15th November, 2014 and all of a sudden on 2nd November, 2014 it was shown that due date is midnight on 2nd November, 2014.
When we complained about this you executive told us that within 2hrs our problem will be solved but till time nothing has happened and your executive disconnected the phone on my face many times
If the problem is not resolved within the next 2 hours of sending this message a legal action will taken from our side.
