I am DN Mahapatra, opted for super dhamaka family pack two and half years back vide VC NO.[protected].Till now I am not able to understand how many channels and what channels I am eligible to view.Originally whatever channels I was viewing, most of them have been withdrawn and made as a-la-carte for the reasons best known to your technical team.Whenever we contact on customer care nos.seldom it gets connected and by chance even if it gets connected, the response is not very much satisfactory.As a subscriber it is my legitimate right how many channels and what channels I am eligible to view.Thereafter only I will decide whether I need any extra channels or not. Can I get a list of channels I am eligible to view? Your immediate response and action is solicited please.
