[Resolved] DishTV — Why SMS for packaged channels needed? | |||
I am customer of Dish TV since more than last 3 years & my VC number is : [protected]. I made complaint that if i select specific package than its duty of DTH service provider i.e. Dish TV that i may get all packaged channel hassle free where as in present case Dish TV force me to send an SMS for the channels which are part & parcel of my package which cost me Rs.3/- per SMS & again ask for confirmation which again cost me to Rs.3/-.So all over i pay Rs.6/- for subscription of that channel which is part of my package & this not happened for 1 channel but for so many channel i forced by Dish TV to send a SMS & subscribe. I believe that this is cheating with the customer & inappropriate way of collecting money from customers. Herewith on 04th Day of December 2014 i lodge a complaint with Dish TV authority & giving a time of a week i.e.upto 10.12.2014 to activate all the channels of my package & warn that this should not repeat in future otherwise i have due right to lodge the complaint with judicial machinery & seek the justice.
