DishTV — wrong voucher recharge regarding | |||
Dear Sir, I had recharged my dish tv on[protected] at 19:31 through a common service centre, CSC-Sahaj (CYBER-PLAT ONLINE). Unfortunately by mistake ID/voucher no. entered wrongly. From that day I have been complaining to the executives/Sr. Executives of Dish TV Services Pvt. Ltd. regarding above matter, but they are not solving my issue. some time they say that mail to us mentioning the etc. etc., some time they say-tarrif plan has changed, some time they asked for Transaction ID, dealer ID etc. Overall I am dissatisfied with their response.So I m giving you transaction details what I have collected from the service Centre to take necessary action.
