Ditto TV — not getting tv reception

Since 30/6/15 TV reception stopped and always ask for payment. This was subscribe for 9 days by Rs. 49 on 29/6.Now I am not getting reception for last two days. Please look in to the matter and make adjusment accordingly Thanking you.
