It’s unfortunate to complaint here because dlf phase 3 personnel are unable to resolve the issue of stagnant water on u-25 road and we are paying maintenance....

Dear sir
I am a resident of 4311 dlf phase 4 and I am deeply inconvenienced by the condition of the road in my lane as it has multiple pot holes and is not smooth causing water logging and mosquito breeding throughout the lane.

Also the sewage in the lane has never been made properly resulting in water logging and unsanitary conditions.

I request you to look into it as we are deeply inconvenienced by it.br...

In the month of October last year (2023), for a potential booking in DLF Garden City Enclave Sec-93, Gurgaon, I had made a payment of INR 1.5 lacs through online medium to DLF Limited (A/c #[protected] // IFSC Code: ICIC0000007), however, the deal didn't go through, and I was expecting the refund of the deposited amount within 45 days as per RERA guidelines which hasn't happened until now.

Despite repeated follow up there is no update on the mutation.

I was coming to office and park vehicle in office parking. Later after returning I found vehicle impound by DLF private security and Issued Challan of Rs 200. The sales executive Mr. Deepak Chauhan had promised a gold voucher worth Rs. 1 lakh at the time of closing property purchase deal.
1 year has passed and there is still no updated from DLF marketing team.
Now they have even stopped replying to follow up mails from customer’s end.
Escalation was done to senior members also (Mr. Amit Kaicker ) but he is also not responding....

I have just sifted to DLF Phase 3 u block street no 7.. the road condition of this street is really very very pathetic & worse & seeing the rainy season is coming - it would be going to be more worse . I would Request kindly take immediate action & get this repaired immediately.

Water logging in my area, very bas condition of roads...

It's very unfortunate to notify that in the area of high tech companies DLF Phase 3, there are no proper roads in s block, specially Street no 55. The street is not build properly, there are many potholes, open sewerage holes and filled with garbage. There are no proper regulations. There are many building that let there water tank overflow and do not care about water standing in street. Now the mix of garbage, soil, standing water and it's...

There's been shortage of water from supply end since 4 days Dlf phase 3, V block area.
As such dlf takes so many maintenance charges for the year but what about their basic services. Building millions of projects and houses but no services for the older settled resident here.
Please take this matter seriously and resolve this issue on water as soon as possible.
DLF customer support has been notified about the posted complaint....
