[Resolved]  D'Mart — Bad customer service

Hi there, I shop almost everything from DMart Baner, Pune store (In Amar Complex). I visited the store again on July 17, 2014 and was waiting (first in the queue) in the queue for my turn but somehow the computer at that counter stopped working. They opened a new counter after few minutes but they put me back in the line again behind lot of people. Those people were behind me in the original queue and now they were ahead of me at the new counter so I had to wait again for my turn. I complain it to the manager Anshul Mantri on duty that time but he was totally insensitive to my complain. There was another person from staff Rohini Matre and again no help from her as well. Instead of listening to my complaint Anshul was busy telling about his planning of opening the counter. This is a customer service are you providing to us and you don't care about it. I am not going to leave any stone unturn...I will even reach out to R K Damani (Dmart owner) for this.
