I went to docomo office to exchange my sim for the lost one. they have exchanged it. but I have told them to track my lost mobile using IMEI number. I have already filed FIR for my lost phone. I have told docomo representatvie about it. and also showed them the proof of the true owner of that mobile. but thay said no to trace the mobile. Please help me for this.
