Docomo Gsm — Misinformation and data balance loss | |||
Regarding My docomo gsm number [protected] Yesterday I have done Rs.299 recharge on my number and i got 200 Rs talktime and 1.5gb internet. I then called 121 and asked them about the 30 minutes 3g pack and the customer care executive told me that i can do the 30 minutes pack and it wont affect the previous data balance. I asked her to confirm again so that i wont lose my 1.5 gb balance and she told it will be carry forward. By believing that today i done that 30 minutes pack and that 1.5gb is gone now. So i called 198 and they told me that i will lose the previous data balance if i do any data packs. They told they cant do anything and all i can do is sent a mail to them... This is 100% fraud from docomo as i confirmed it with their executives before doing the pack and its their mistake. As all the calls are recorded you can check the call I done to 121 yesterday and verify it. I have a screenshot of the previous data balance before activating the 11 minutes pack. I am going to log a complaint on consumer court for the same . Was this information helpful? | |||
