DoCoMo — Slow speed and no action taken even after several complaints | |||
I have been using postpaid internet dongle( [protected]) since 25 Jul 2014. I have taken their broadband plan that promises 2-3 MBPS surfing and download speed . It was working fine till Dec 2014. after the mentioned date the speed dropped drastically and i used to get speed in few KBPS ( 27- 56 KBPS). I lodged complaints twice on customer care but no action has been taken and the reply given was that "you are moved out of coverage area" that was a little funny as i did not left the area. I sent mails on the complaint email address but no action taken. It wasted my time, money energy and left me utter frustration whenever I used to surf internet. I changed my plan to a lower value plan because my money was getting wasted with the 1200 Rupee a month plan but it was very frustrating and irritating that I was surfing a internet of snail speed. I decided to stop using the services and stopped paying bills. yesterday after 3 months I received a call from a girl from docomo side claiming to be their advocate and threatening me of a legal action if refuse to pay the outstanding amount of 1800 rupees. I had many a times thought about filing a case against them when i was denied of the services they promised but to avoid the legal hassle i could not take a step otherwise thy owe me money I paid to them, the frustration and emotional pain they have caused me and the extra time I wasted surfing a slower internet.
